If you've yet to see an SI Casino bonus reflected on your bankroll balance, this may be due to one or more of the following reasons, depending on the bonus type.
Welcome Bonus
- To view specific terms and conditions which apply to our Welcome Bonus, please refer to our Bonus Policy.
- You have previously received a Welcome offer from SI Sportsbook/Casino.
- The bonus may have been credited prior to the actual deposit itself. If this is the case, simply log out/login - your bankroll should then reflect the correct amount.
- There may be a previously registered SI Sportsbook/Casino account that is related to yours and which has already been granted a Welcome offer. An account can be related due to one or more of the following reasons: same IP address, postal address, email address, deposit method, etc.

Other Bonuses
- Promotional bonuses are normally credited within 72 hrs.
- Each promotion will have specific Terms and Conditions which must be adhered to, so please ensure that you have not infringed on any of these requirements. For example; may be limited to one account per household or include certain timeframes within which the promotion applies.
- The bonus may have been received whilst you were in play, where you might not notice the increase in bankroll balance. This can be confirmed at any time by going to "My Account" > "My Rewards" > "Bonuses".
- Some bonuses are "delayed", where you’ll need to fulfil deposit requirements prior to the bonus being credited (may also need to be claimed once requirements are fulfilled – see note below).
