At SI Sportsbook, you can request to self-exclude from the Site for a period of One (1) Year or Five (5) Years.
To request a self-exclusion through the Site, please proceed as follows:
- Login and click your User icon.
- Select "My Account".
- Click the "Responsible Gaming" tab.
- Scroll to "Self-Exclusion" and click the "REQUEST SELF-EXCLUSION" button.
- Select the period that you would like to be self-excluded.
- Finally, click the "Submit" button; you will now be logged out of the Site and your SI Sportsbook account closed for the period of time selected.
Note: You can withdraw any remaining bankroll balance through our Cashier.
Once you have self-excluded through the Site, we will:
- Block your account.
- Block any new accounts you attempt to open with the Site when we detect them.
- During your period of self-exclusion, we will use our internal control measures to ensure that you do not receive promotional offers anymore.
