Some Email Service Providers (ESPs) class our emails as "Spam" and automatically send these to the "Junk Mail" folder.
- What to do: Add support-mi@sisportsbook.com to your email "Safe List".
- For instructions on how to do this, please refer to your email program's "Help" section or contact your service provider directly.
Your email address may have changed or was entered incorrectly upon registration.
- What to do: Review your details through the "My Account" > "Personal Details" section.
If the email address you initially registered with SI Sportsbook is incorrect, please "Contact Us" & provide the following details:
- Your full name.
- Your full postal address.
- Your email address (as currently registered with SI Sportsbook).
- Your revised/new email address.
Once the above information is received and verified, we'll proceed to update your email address on our system.
